They are best known for their hit single "Knuck If You Buck", which was released in 2004 and reached number 49 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

Crime Mob's music combines elements of southern hip hop and crunk music, with aggressive lyrics and a heavy emphasis on bass and percussion. They were signed to the record label Crunk Incorporated, which was founded by producer Jonathan "Lil Jon" Smith.

In addition to "Knuck If You Buck", Crime Mob's other popular songs include "Rock Yo Hips" and "Stilettos (Pumps)". They have released two studio albums: "Crime Mob" in 2004 and "Hated on Mostly" in 2007. Despite their success, the group disbanded in 2008 as members pursued solo careers.

Crime Mob has been influential in the development of the southern hip hop and crunk music genres, and their style has been emulated by many other artists. They are considered pioneers of the "snap" music subgenre, which emerged from Atlanta in the mid-2000s.
